CX Audit

I’ll audit your Customer Experience (CX) to make sure it’s smooth and easy for you and your customers.

  • For: Startups or teams who aren’t sure why users aren’t sticking around or fully adopting the product.

    What I do:

    • Review retention data + churn patterns

    • Analyze onboarding flow + engagement gaps

    • Audit help docs, support tickets, and in-app communication

    • Deliver a clear report with:
      ‣ Top 3–5 risks or friction points
      ▸ Quick wins
      ▸ Strategic recommendations
      ▸ CS/Support tech stack suggestions (if needed)

Want white-glove service? I will serve as Customer Success Manager, onboarding new people, helping them leverage the tool, and communicating needs to the Product team.

  • For: Teams that need strategic CS leadership, but aren’t ready for a full-time hire.

    I will:

    • Own customer success planning (retention strategy, usage goals, success metrics)

    • Act as a liaison between users and Product

    • Manage or coach support reps

    • Write/update help docs, scripts, and customer comms

    • Flag churn risks and surface product feedback

    • Optional: create customer stories or testimonials from wins

Why me? 12 years ago, my fellow entrepreneurs and creatives hired me for marketing, but what they got was a Customer Success Manager.

This role didn’t exist back then. I created it at the request of my clients, and I provided support for whatever tool they wanted to use.

As a tech teacher and marketing expert, I speak to people in a language they understand.

And of course, I sprinkle in the bonus knowledge that really helps them thrive. I naturally spot opportunities for growth and ways for people to leverage tools for impact.
