A True Website Transformation

Georgina came to me for copyediting help, but when we took a look at her website, we realized it just wasn't the quality she wanted it to be (and some things were broken).

She had been thinking about moving to Squarespace, so it was an easy decision for her to make a big upgrade.

We scheduled a 3-pack of Personal Webinars so that we could build her new site together while she learned how to maintain it herself.

While she set up her new Squarespace account and gathered her photos, I did some light copyediting on her old site, to get ready for our first session.

Before

After

In just 3 sessions, we created this gorgeous site on Squarespace.

In session 1, we created the homepage and decided on the navigation.

In sessions 2 and 3, we built the rest of the site and moved her domain from Wix to Squarespace.

You can do this

There are just a few things you need in order to have a website transformation like this.

  • Great photos
The photos make the website, especially on a visual platform like Squarespace.

  • A good template
Yes, a good template helps a lot. Squarespace provides easy-to-use templates that are also easy on the eyes.

  • Expert help
Squarespace is designed for you to build your own website, but you can cut down on the time it takes by simply hiring an expert to talk you through navigation and copywriting. Georgina could have done this alone, but it would have taken her much longer (and she may never have done it at all!) and would have been more painful for her.

In just a few hours, Georgina has a fresh new website she can be proud of. When you're ready for an upgrade with professional help, let's talk! I'm here to help. Book a strategy session with me now.
