You can share your documents with clients, or get them on your phone. I use them when I’m out shopping for client gifts – my checklist is stored in Google Drive so I can easily pull it up and see what I wanted for that client (or what I already gave them).

Google Calendar makes scheduling and keeping appointments easy. It easily integrates with other scheduling programs like, TimeTrade, and more. You can create separate calendars for the public, or keep them all private. (I’ll explain why and how during the class.)
