How to stay organized in Gmail and Google Drive/Docs.

Use Google Drive to keep track of your business.

  • documents
  • client files
  • accounting
  • program ideas
  • blog posts
  • surveys and forms
  • and so much more

You can share your documents with clients, or get them on your phone. I use them when I’m out shopping for client gifts – my checklist is stored in Google Drive so I can easily pull it up and see what I wanted for that client (or what I already gave them).

Google Calendar makes scheduling and keeping appointments easy. It easily integrates with other scheduling programs like youcanbook.me, TimeTrade, and more. You can create separate calendars for the public, or keep them all private. (I’ll explain why and how during the class.)

The class will be recorded. It includes a video you can watch later, and step-by-step notes.

Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1pm

The class will only be available for one month, so sign up today so you don’t lose your spot.
