You’ve delivered your cleanse or detox materials but some of your clients can’t view the PDFs. Now what?!

There are a few possible solutions. (You can just copy this list and send it to them.)

Option 1: Download Adobe Reader

Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader. It’s free and you can download it here.

Option 2: Reset the Display PDF In Browser preference

  • In Reader or Acrobat, right-click the document window, and select Page Display Preferences.
  • From the list at left, select Internet.
  • Deselect Display PDF In Browser, and then click OK.
  • Choose Edit > Preferences > Internet, select Display PDF In Browser, and then click OK.
  • Try to open the PDF again from the website.
